Blak Loud Showcase
Year
2025
BLAK LOUD is a live music showcase celebrating First Nations artists and culture, presented by Amazon Music in collaboration with Bad Apples Music during the National Indigenous Music Awards.
I was responsible for designing the campaign’s visual assets, creating a suite of promotional posters and social media graphics that captured the energy of the event while maintaining a cohesive identity across both print and digital platforms.
Inspired by Indigenous art forms, bold typography and rich earthy tones, the creative direction was designed to celebrate the featured artists while ensuring key event information remained clear and impactful across a range of applications.
Produced at SLATE Media.
Mock-up imagery is used to demonstrate the intended application of the final artwork.
Scope of Work
A scalable visual system.
Rather than creating individual pieces in isolation, the campaign was designed as a flexible visual language that could be adapted across print, social and environmental applications while maintaining consistency.
Bold where it matters.
Large-scale applications demanded immediate impact. High contrast, confident typography and simplified layouts ensured the campaign remained clear and recognisable from a distance.
Consistency builds recognition.
Every asset contributed to a unified campaign experience, reinforcing the event identity across every audience touchpoint.
